You may ask for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the delivery date:
- If the item delivered does not match the size purchased.
- If the product is damaged, filthy, defective, or missing.
Articles must be unworn and in their original packaging with all labels and protective marks attached. - If you want a total refund on products purchased directly from our website, return them to our customer service department. Unfortunately, online orders are not currently refundable in store.
- This policy only applies to items delivered within Pakistan; for international orders, please contact our customer care team, and we will do our best to assist.
- Returns and refunds are allowed only on sales or discounted items if the purchased product does not match the original.

Our Refund Policy Details!
For Pakistani Areas Orders
Aashnaa does not provide refunds, although in cases where an exchange is feasible, alternative options may be suggested. We accept PKR online payments and process refunds in PKR as well. Furthermore, shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 days.
For International Orders
Aashnaa has no return policy for international orders, as all products are individually looked over by quality control before being packed and dispatched to the courier. If a customer refuses to accept an order, Aashnaa won’t have to return, cancel, or refund the amount.
